Membership Application

Becoming an IATM member allows practitioners to further apply for a Holistic License and display the IATM membership and certification logo on personal websites, business cards, and promotional materials.

Membership Application Process

After joining, members may proceed with their holistic license application. The association provides full consultation and application assistance to support members through the licensing process.

New memberships are valid for one year. Members are required to complete annual renewal before the expiration date to maintain active status.

Step 1

Prepare Required Documents

Valid Canadian government-issued ID
One digital photo and one physical photo taken within the past six months (Our professional photo services are available upon request.)
Professional diploma or relevant training certificates

Size: Your photo must meet these size specifications:

50 mm wide X 70 mm high (2 inches wide W 3/4 inches long)
The height of the face measures between 31 mm (1-1/4 inches) and 36 mm (1-7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural top of head)

Image quality: Your photo must

be clear, sharp and in focus
have uniform lighting and no shadows, glare or flash reflections
have a clear difference between your face and the background
show natural skin tones
be an original photo and not altered in any way

Step 2

Submit Application

Complete the application form, upload required documents, and pay the application fees.

Step 3

Application Review

Once your application is submitted, we will process it within 5–7 business days. Our admin team will review all submitted documents and application fees during this period.

Step 4

Pickup Notification

After your application has been processed, our admin team will notify you with the pickup location and scheduled time for collecting your document.
